Home health & home care
Make payroll while Medicare and Medicaid catch up.
Your caregivers get paid every week. Your payers take 30 to 120 days. Factoring turns those approved claims into cash now, and we find the funders that actually work with agencies like yours.
Under 30 seconds. No credit check. No obligation.
Your agency
Every kind of agency fits a different funder
Most factoring companies don't touch healthcare, and the ones that do don't all take the same payers. Your payer mix decides who will even look, so that's where we start.
Home health
Mostly Medicare
Needs a funder set up for Medicare's payment rules. Fewer funders, and they know this world well.
Medicaid waiver home care
Medicaid managed-care plans
Slow, sometimes unpredictable payers. Funders look closely at your aging by plan and your denial rate.
Private duty
Insurers, long-term care policies, families
Insurance and long-term care policies can often be funded. Payments straight from families usually can't.
Medical staffing
Hospitals and facilities
Funded more like a staffing company: your clients' credit and approved timesheets matter most.
Payer by payer
What can be funded, and how
| Who pays you | Can it be factored? | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Medicare | Yes, with a healthcare funder | Medicare can't pay a funder directly. Funders set up a bank account in your name that sweeps to them. |
| Medicaid and managed-care plans | Yes, with a healthcare funder | Same account setup as Medicare. Funders weigh how fast each plan really pays. |
| Commercial insurance | Often | Advances are based on what you'll actually collect, not your billed charges. |
| VA | Case by case | Some funders take it, some don't. We'll check which ones fit. |
| Families (private pay) | Usually not | Funders buy invoices from businesses, insurers and government, not individuals. |
Small or new agency?
Many healthcare funders set high monthly minimums, which shuts smaller agencies out. Others are built for them. Part of what we do is match you by size, so you're not filling out applications for funders that were never going to say yes.
Watch for
- Audits and recoupments. Funders ask about open audits, and so should you before signing.
- Denials and resubmissions slow everything down. A clean billing process gets better terms.
- Monthly minimums hurt in a slow month. Know yours before you sign.
What to have ready: AR aging by payer, payer contracts, recent remittance reports, your state license and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, and a billing-system summary. We only need payer-level totals, never patient details. Send them whenever you're ready →
