Disclosures

Who we are. Fairgate Advisors is a commercial financing referral service based in St. Petersburg, Florida, operated by Ryan M. Abramovic. We help businesses compare invoice factoring and similar receivables financing from independent funders.

What we are not. We are not a lender, a factoring company or a broker-dealer. We do not lend money, buy invoices or make credit decisions. Every agreement is between you and the funder you choose.

Fees. We do not charge businesses any fee, including any application, upfront or advance fee. Funders compensate Fairgate when a business we introduce enters into an agreement with them. Working with us does not raise the price a funder offers you.

Estimates. Estimates, examples and calculators on this website are for information only. They are based on typical market ranges and the details you enter. They are not an offer, quote, commitment or approval. Actual terms are set only by a funder, in writing, after its own review.

No guarantee. We can't guarantee that any funder will approve you, or any specific rate, amount or timing. Funding times on this site describe what is typical, not a promise.

Business use only. Our service is for businesses, not for personal, family or household purposes. Some funders and products are not available in every state.

Terms of use

Agreeing to these terms. By using fairgateadvisors.com or sending us a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Using the site. Use the site only for lawful purposes and only to learn about or request our services. Don't copy, scrape or resell its content, send anything harmful, or try to interfere with how it works.

Information you give us. When you send us a request or documents, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorized to act for the business and to share its information with us.

How we contact you. When you send a form, book a call or leave your details in our chat, you agree that we may email or call you about your request. We text you only if you check the text-message box (see Text message terms). We don't use autodialers or prerecorded calls. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Our role. We introduce businesses to independent funders and help compare their offers. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a funder and are not responsible for a funder's decisions, terms or performance. Read any agreement carefully before you sign it.

Not advice. Everything on this site, including the estimate, cost examples, calculator, chat answers and industry guides, is general information. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice. For those, talk to your attorney or accountant.

Automated chat. The chat on this site is an automated assistant. Its answers are general information and may be incomplete.

The site "as is." We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fairgate Advisors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Third-party sites. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Intellectual property. The Fairgate name, logo and site content belong to Fairgate Advisors. You may share links to the site freely.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy policy

Summary. We collect the information you choose to give us and basic information about how the site is used. We use it to provide our service. We do not sell it, we share your file with funders only with your OK, and we never share your text-message consent.

Information we collect. Contact details (such as name, business name, email and phone), information about your business and its financing, documents you send us, and messages you send through our forms or chat. We also collect standard website usage information, such as device and browser type, pages visited, how you arrived at the site and general location.

How we use it. To respond to your request, prepare estimates and reviews, find funders that may fit your business, communicate with you, keep business records, meet legal obligations, and operate and improve the site.

Funders. With your OK, we share your information with funders that may fit your business so they can consider an offer. If you move forward with a funder, that funder will work with you directly and handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Service providers. We use service providers that help us operate the site and our business. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Other disclosures. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number, text-message opt-in or consent with any third party, including funders, for marketing or any other purpose.

Retention. We keep information as long as reasonably needed to provide our service, keep business records and meet legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your information, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing ryan@fairgateadvisors.com or calling (727) 353-2577. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To stop emails, reply to tell us or use the unsubscribe link where provided.

Children. This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. We also use analytics providers, whose tools may record how visitors interact with the site, such as pages viewed, clicks and scrolling. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Text message terms

Program. Fairgate Advisors client updates: texts about a request you sent us.

How you opt in. By checking the optional text-message box on one of our forms and sending it. The box is never pre-checked, and checking it is not required to use our service.

What you'll get. Texts about your request: your options, documents we need, appointment times and replies to your questions. We don't text anyone who hasn't opted in.

How often. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages while your request is open. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You'll get one text confirming it, and no more after that. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (727) 353-2577 or ryan@fairgateadvisors.com.

Your number stays private. Your mobile number and your text-message opt-in and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates, including funders, for marketing, promotional or any other purposes.

The fine print. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy policy.
